How to order

Products can be ordered by Internet at www.JAVER.FI.fi shopping cart.

All orders will be confirmed by e-mail, stating the price of the order, shipping charges and ordered products. Order confirmation requires notification of e-mail address when ordering.

The Customer agrees existing delivery and terms and conditions with every order.


You will be able to use a network as well as to browse and order products online store without registration. If you choose to order products online, however, you need to provide the following information about yourself for JAVER.FI- online store:

•   Name

•   Telephone number

•   E-mail address. 

If we do not receive the above information, we can not process your order and deliver products to you.

 Order confirmation

 We will send by e-mail order confirmation, where you can see:

• order number

• products ordered

• invoice amount

By using your user account, you can check the contents of the order.

 Payment methods

Products and their postage are paid in same time with order. Following payment methods are valid: Nordea, OP Bank Group, Danske Bank, the LähiTapiola, Aktia, Nooa, Paikallisosuuspankit, Säästöpankki, Handelsbanken, S-Bank, the Bank of Åland, as well as credit cards. Payment will be done by  Paytrail  website.

Payment services provider:

Card payments are made via a payment form provided by Maksekeskus AS that uses Secure Server Software (SSL) encryption technology. FRIRANK OY does not have access to the Customer’s card data, nor will any data concerning the card be stored in FRIRANK OY’s systems. The FRIRANK OY Webshop utilises international Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode authentication services in order to verify the identity of the card holder. FRIRANK OY reserves the right to reject the Customer’s order if the card payment cannot be verified.

Payment by Visa, MasterCard & Maestro card In the event that the Customer wishes to pay for their order by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, FRIRANK OY shall only be considered as the marketer of the goods and services in addition to delivering the ordered goods to the Customer. The Customer is requested to please direct any claims to Maksekeskus AS.

Maksekeskus AS shall act as the seller of the goods vis-à-vis transactions paid for with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, and the transaction shall be considered to have been concluded between the Customer and Maksekeskus AS. The seller shall be liable for all obligations arising from the transaction. Maksekeskus AS shall also be the recipient of the

Customer’s payment.

Online banking services (Finland only) The Customer may pay for their order by using the following Finnish online banking services: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Tapiola, Handelsbanken, Aktia, S-pankki and Ålandsbanken. Maksekeskus AS (12268475) provides the said online banking payment service in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. With regards to the Customer, the service does not differ from regular online banking services.

Delivery time of products you ordered is 3-5 working days. Orders which contain several products and orders to be delivered to remote address in country side, delivery may take longer. With package you will receive the delivery note, which acts as a receipt for your purchase.

Delivery method and costs

Delivery charges include postage and packaging costs. You will see delivery costs in your shopping chart  after selecting the payment and delivery method. We deliver orders as package Maxi letter. The package you may follow with tracking symbol. 

We deliver to all countries. These delivery methods are valid only when ordered from JAVER.FI online shop. For delivery of your order you can choose most suitable from the available delivery options.

Delivery cost to Finland is 5.90 euros per order of any quantity or package size.

It offers the following delivery methods:

 - Posti´s Pickup Point Service (SmartPOST) - Price 5.90 Eur

 - Pick up at the Post Office(Economy) -. Price from 5.90 Eur

   Home delivery (Express Flex) -. Price from 19.00.

Post office keeps your package for two weeks, after which the order will automatically return to JAVER.FI if it is not picked up. Please note that the package which has not taken by you from post is not cancelling the order. If you can not pick up the package for any reason, or you have changed your mind, please inform our Customer service: info@javer.fi


All products come with a full 14 day money back guarantee. ALWAYS FIRST CONTACT info@javer.fi and ask for return instructions.

Conditions of the Restoration:

1.Order must be canceled in accordance with the terms of sale by returning the product, or by written notice of return to JAVER.FI no later than 14 days after receiving the product

2.Product is in the same condition in which the buyer received it and all parts of the product are available and hanging labels attached.

3.Product is unused. All except the opening of the product's packaging and normal checking of product and the adaptation shall be deemed as using the product. The consumer has the duty of care of the goods and the consumer is responsible for the reduction in value. The product must not be used, because any level of use of the product makes it worthless (the value is reduced to 100%).

4.Product is packed in its original packaging or equivalent.

Maximim delivery time is 5 working days. 


Replacing the product

If you want to change the size or color of the product, it is possible depending availability. When the product has returned to us, we will deliver the right size / color of the product to you free of charge.


Defective or wrong item

If you notice an error in our product, we have provided you the wrong product or the product is damaged during transport, please contact JAVER.FI customer service as soon as possible; info@javer.fi. You need to inform the order number and a description of the fault.


Notice of wrong delivery or a defective product must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product.

If the package is damaged in the mail, must be made immediately claim with the post office.

Packaging and transmission of the Restoration

Pack the product carefully in the original packing box or similar, and mail it to the existing FriRank OY address. Recovery and transportation costs are the responsibility of the customer. Fill carefully the return and exchange form, which you received with return information and attach them to the restoration package. A receipt issued by the Post is your confirmation of restoration.

We do not accept returns after 14 days of delivery. When the return is approved, the money will be returned to your bank account after the return reception and processing. Credit card payment will be returned to you by the same payment method that you originally used.


Cancellation and Returns

By the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, consumer has the right to cancel the order by informing the Service Provider within fourteen (14) days of receiving the order. Right of cancellation does not apply to products that have been modified in accordance with the wishes of the consumer. If the order will be returned, the buyer will handle the cost of return shipment.

The terms of returns are:

1. Order is canceled in accordance with the terms of sale by notifying Friitala online store no later than 14 days from the date of receiving the product

2. Product is unused

3. Product is in the condition in which the buyer received it and all parts of the product are available

4. Product has been packed in its original packaging or equivalent.

5. Product must be returned immediately after canceling the order.

Returner of the order is liable for any damage to products during the return transport.
